Jean-Claude Drouot is a retired Belgian actor born on December 30, 1938, in Brussels, Belgium. He began his acting career in 1958, and he is best known for his role as François in the Franco-Belgian sitcom "Les Enquêtes du commissaire Maigret" (1967–1990).

Drouot has appeared in a number of French and Belgian films and TV shows, including "Le Petit Soldat" (1963), "Le cri du cœur" (1974), "La Traque" (1975), and "L'année des méduses" (1984).
